There's never a team split- EVER! What split you come aboard at is never watered down with Team splits, desk fees, copier fees, office fees, etc. whatever you come aboard at is your cut always. Century 21 only has a 6% transaction fee as most every agency has and that's it. All things being equal, you'll net more money with us doing the same business with less fees.
